Job Description: Accounts Manager

Position: Accounts Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Management

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all taxation matters, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Ensure timely preparation, filing, and reconciliation of tax returns as per applicable laws.

Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and authorities for assessments, notices, and queries.

Manage Bank Guarantees (BGs) including issuance, renewal, amendment, tracking validity, and closure.

Liaise with banks for BG-related documentation and compliance requirements.

Maintain proper records and documentation related to taxation and bank guarantees.

Ensure compliance with changing tax regulations and financial guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and bank guarantee processes.

Minimum 10 years of experience in handling accounts and finance roles.

Good coordination and documentation skills.

Experience in handling audits and bank interactions preferred.

Proficient in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and accounting software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
