Job description WE ARE HIRING EXPORT DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE FOR OUR ORGANIZATION SPECTRUM GLOBAL PROJECTS PVT LTD FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY · LOCATION : LOWER PAREL · ADDRESS : TradeLink A- Block, Unit No. 2, 8th Floor, E – Wing, · Kamla Mill Compund, Delisle Road, · Lowerparel West, Mumbai – 400 013. · 2ND AND 4TH SATURDAYS OFF · WORKING HOURS : 10:30 T0 7:00 PM Job Description – Export Documentation Executive Job Summary: Responsible for managing the complete pre and post-shipment export documentation process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, timely document submission, and coordination with all key stakeholders including freight forwarders, customs, banks, and overseas buyers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Export Documentation: Handle Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) export documentation (pre and post shipment). Prepare Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Sales Contracts, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, and Shipper’s Letter of Instruction. Prepare Certificates of Origin, GSP (Generalized System of Preferences), and Tax Invoices. 2. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) for clearance processes. Coordinate and negotiate with freight forwarders and logistics providers for export shipment arrangements. Communicate with overseas buyers for shipment updates and contractual agreements. Follow up with banks regarding Export Bill realization, Advance Remittance, and eBRC updates. 3. Banking & Compliance: Manage online submission of export documents to the bank for bill lodgment and collection. Apply and manage PCFC/EPC facilities and handle third-party approval documentation. Check eBRC status and follow up with banks and DGFT as required. 4. Tracking & Records Management: Maintain well-organized export documentation files for easy tracking and compliance. Keep detailed records of customer payments and disbursements to CHAs, shipping lines, and freight forwarders. 5. Incentives & Benefits: Avail and manage government export benefits like RODTEP/Drawback . Handle license sale related to RODTEP benefits 6. Logistics Support: Prepare B/L drafts and coordinate with freight forwarders for Original/Seaway Bill of Lading. Coordinate timely courier dispatches of original documents to customers. Required Skills: Strong understanding of export-import regulations and documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient with MS Office and online banking/documentation portals (DGFT, ICEGATE, etc.). Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
