Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify export documents such as:
    • Commercial Invoice
    • Packing List
    • Shipping Bill
    • Bill of Lading
    • Certificate of Origin
    • Insurance documents
  • Ensure all export documentation complies with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines for timely dispatch of shipments.
  • Handle customs clearance documentation and respond to queries raised by customs authorities.
  • Track shipments and update internal teams and overseas customers on shipment status.
  • Maintain accurate export records, documentation files, and statutory registers.
  • Ensure compliance with export incentive schemes (e.g., EPCG, Advance Authorization, RoDTEP, etc., if applicable).
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to export documentation.
  • Resolve discrepancies in shipping or documentation and ensure corrective actions.
