Event Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Event cum Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and events that strengthen our brand presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end event coordination, promotional strategies, social media marketing, and collaboration with vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management:

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate, educational, and social events.
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and logistics partners.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution and client satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital + offline).
• Handle brand promotions, collaborations, and tie-ups.
• Manage social media platforms and increase audience engagement.
• Prepare marketing materials like posters, brochures, and videos.
• Work with media and PR agencies for visibility and coverage.

Business Development:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
• Generate leads through networking, events, and marketing initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
• Creative thinker with good knowledge of current marketing trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel for events (if required).
