Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Panipat for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of university events, ensuring that they align with the institution's values and goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, supervising event staff, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure success. The Event Manager will also handle logistics, monitor event progress, and assess the outcomes to create impactful, well-organized experiences for participants.

Qualifications

• Event planning and coordination skills, including logistics and budget management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on flexibility and attention to detail during event execution.
• Experience in marketing, promotion, and audience engagement strategies for events.
• Proficiency in using event management software and basic office tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in event management, especially in educational or corporate settings, is highly desirable.
