Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion. The role requires strong project management skills, vendor coordination, and the ability to manage multiple events while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate, promotional, and experiential events
• Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives and requirements
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and execution plans
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (production, fabrication, logistics, artists, venues, etc.)
• Oversee on-ground event execution and ensure smooth operations
• Manage event teams, freelancers, and support staff
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost control
• Handle client communication and post-event reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and venue guidelines
• Manage event documentation, approvals, and vendor payments

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and on-ground decision-making skills
• Vendor management and budget handling expertise
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in managing corporate or large-scale events
• Experience in a marketing, events, or advertising agency is preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
