Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Event Manager will coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing budgets and timelines, conducting on-site inspections, and supervising event setup and execution to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining client satisfaction and delivering memorable event experiences will be essential.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage event logistics, scheduling, and execution.
• Vendor and Team Management: Experience in collaborating with vendors and leading cross-functional teams.
• Budget Management and Financial Planning: Ability to create, oversee, and manage budgets for events efficiently.
• Client Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients and meet their requirements.
• Problem-Solving and Crisis Management: Quick decision-making skills for addressing challenges during event execution.
• Proficiency in technology tools: Familiarity with event planning software and office productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in event management, project management, or a similar field is a significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a customer-oriented mindset.
