Job Title: Client Servicing Manager – Events & Marketing

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Manager to manage key client accounts for our events and marketing projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong client-handling capabilities, and hands-on experience in coordinating end-to-end event and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage long-term client relationships
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
• Coordinate with creative, operations, vendors, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee planning and execution of events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns
• Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and post-event reports
• Ensure client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and drive repeat business
• Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Represent the company during client meetings, reviews, and on-ground events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in client servicing within events, marketing, or advertising agencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirements
