Communication & culture – foster a positive studio environment, share inspiration, and keep stakeholders updated on progress or roadblocks. Must-have skills & experience Leadership – 7-10 yrs design experience, including 2+ yrs managing designers . Multidisciplinary portfolio – solid work across UI/UX, branding, packaging and large-format print/event graphics. Software mastery – Figma & Adobe CC; comfortable with prototyping and press-ready artwork. Resource management – proven use of ClickUp/Asana/Jira/Teams to juggle parallel projects. People & client skills – pleasant, persuasive communicator who can brief clearly, give constructive feedback, and build strong client rapport. Organisational chops – able to prioritise, keep cool under shifting deadlines, and guide a team through ambiguity. Nice-to-have Basic motion-graphics (After Effects). Experience scaling design ops in a high-growth agency or start-up. Familiarity with 3D/AR mock-ups for packaging or event visuals.
