Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Borivali. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and ensuring the execution of client campaigns. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, handling client communication, resolving project-related concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction while aligning deliverables to client expectations.

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address client needs efficiently
• Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and client servicing best practices

• Experience with CRM tools and project management software is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
