Client Servicing Manager – Corporate Events Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site) Position Type: Full-Time Salary Range: Salary is no bar for the right candidate Role Overview As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of corporate events. Your role encompasses understanding client needs, coordinating event logistics, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional experiences that align with client objectives. Key Roles & Responsibilities Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person regularly Preparing project/event/stall proposal Identifying and resolving client Requirements and queries as per priority Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all clients’ project details and communications in proper format Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner Assisting in the hiring process and providing necessary guidance to the team members and new recruits on an event-to-event basis Providing clients with relevant information on the project and services offered by the company in a prescribed format Helping achieve the best image of the company in front of the client Being present and performing on-site visits during the event Drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions mentioned in the proposals · Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Identify and liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events. · Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. · Post-Event Analysis & Reporting: Gather client feedback, analyse event performance, and prepare reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement. · Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and operations teams · Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events · Oversee event planning, execution, and post-event follow-ups Basic Requirements & Skills Always well-dressed and presentable Familiarity with MS Office software and PowerPoint effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good time management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations Good listening skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to offer excellent customer service Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad Experience & Expectations 2+ years of experience in a similar profile Should have an interest in building a career in the corporate event industry.
