Role Summary:

Manager – Events & Brand Promotions

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Business Development & Sales

• Generate event business from corporates, institutions, and social gatherings
• Drive bookings for corporate meetings, off-sites, banquets, birthday parties, and private events
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and repeat clients

📣 Brand Promotion & Event Marketing

• Conceptualize and promote new event formats and brand experiences
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase event visibility
• Represent the brand at corporate meets, networking events, and industry platforms

📋 Event Planning & Execution

• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams for flawless event execution
• Manage client requirements, costing, proposals, and negotiations
• Ensure high-quality guest experience during all events

🤝 Client & Partner Management

• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors
• Collaborate with marketing teams for event creatives and promotions

📊 Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track event revenue, conversion rates, and profitability
• Prepare MIS reports and forecasts for management

Qualifications & Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in events, hospitality sales, or brand promotions
• Strong network in corporate, banquet, and social event segments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• High-energy, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
