With over 300 salon partners in Noida, Delhi, and Gurgaon, we are rapidly expanding. We are currently seeking a self-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead our offline marketing initiatives. Role Overview: We are in search of an experienced Marketing Operations Manager who can independently design, execute, and oversee all offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty, lifestyle, or related industries and the ability to conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns in high-footfall areas such as RWA societies, malls, and other relevant spaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Offline Marketing Strategy: - Develop and implement creative offline marketing campaigns to promote Style Lounge in the NCR region. - Identify and collaborate with RWA societies, shopping malls, salons, and other relevant partners for marketing initiatives. - Drive customer engagement through innovative branding and promotional activities. 2. Lead Generation & Community Building: - Devise and execute campaigns to boost app downloads and acquire new users. - Cultivate relationships with local communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility. 4. Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze the ROI of offline campaigns to ensure effectiveness and refine future strategies. - Prepare and present performance reports to the leadership team. 5.
