About Us: Style Lounge is a leading salon booking platform that offers transparent, no-wait appointments, stylist visibility, and hassle-free booking services. With over 300 salon partners in Noida, Delhi, and Gurgaon, we are rapidly expanding. We are currently seeking a self-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead our offline marketing initiatives. Role Overview: We are in search of an experienced Marketing Operations Manager who can independently design, execute, and oversee all offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty, lifestyle, or related industries and the ability to conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns in high-footfall areas such as RWA societies, malls, and other relevant spaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Offline Marketing Strategy: - Develop and implement creative offline marketing campaigns to promote Style Lounge in the NCR region. - Identify and collaborate with RWA societies, shopping malls, salons, and other relevant partners for marketing initiatives. - Drive customer engagement through innovative branding and promotional activities. 2. Event Management: - Organize and manage on-ground events, including brand activations, pop-up salons, workshops, and promotional booths. - Establish relationships with RWAs and mall authorities to secure approvals and partnerships for marketing events. 3. Lead Generation & Community Building: - Devise and execute campaigns to boost app downloads and acquire new users. - Cultivate relationships with local communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility. 4. Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze the ROI of offline campaigns to ensure effectiveness and refine future strategies. - Prepare and present performance reports to the leadership team. 5. Vendor & Budget Management: - Coordinate with vendors for printing, event setup, promotional materials, etc. - Ensure cost efficiency while upholding quality in marketing deliverables. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with the onboarding and customer care teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals. - Maintain consistent communication and feedback loops between teams. Qualifications and Experience: - Experience: 3-10 years in offline marketing, preferably in consumer-facing industries like salon or beauty. - Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end marketing operations and campaigns independently. - Strong knowledge of the NCR market, including engagement with RWAs and malls. Skills: - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics. Education: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
