Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute events from concept to completion including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, propose concepts, and deliver tailored event solutions. Manage and lead a team of coordinators, vendors, and support staff to ensure smooth event execution. Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers. Monitor event timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule. Oversee setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up including feedback collection and reporting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Maintain and grow strong vendor and client relationships. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of proven experience in managing large-scale events (corporate, social, experiential, or hospitality-focused). Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil is mandatory. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Proficient in event management tools and software. Must be willing to travel as per project requirements.
