Wedding Planner

As a Wedding Planner at Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for planning and executing premium weddings and corporate events. Your role will require you to be highly organized, creative, and client-focused, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry. Your fluency in both English and Hindi will be essential, and prior exposure to corporate events will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and related functions from start to finish. - Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, themes, and budgets. - Create innovative concepts, decor ideas, and guest experience plans. - Manage vendors by negotiating, onboarding, and coordinating with caterers, decorators, venues, entertainers, etc. - Monitor event budgets, timelines, and operational checklists. - Coordinate logistics including hospitality, travel, and guest management. - Ensure seamless on-ground event execution for a flawless experience. - Handle both wedding projects and corporate events as needed. - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and vendors to enhance Cevex's brand reputation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in wedding planning and event management (experience in corporate events is preferred). - Strong vendor network and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English & Hindi. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for weddings. - Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
