We’re looking for a Luxury Wedding Planner who can blend creativity with precision — someone who understands client vision, manages flawless execution, and enhances every celebration with class and style.

Your Role:

• Meet and interact with clients to understand their dream wedding vision and preferences.
• Handle venue coordination — from sourcing and booking to on-ground execution.
• Conceptualize and present decor and experience ideas aligned with client aesthetics and budget.
• Collaborate with production, design, hospitality, and logistics teams for seamless event delivery.
• Pitch upgrades, décor enhancements, and entertainment options to enhance guest experiences and boost sales.
• Ensure every event reflects our signature standard of luxury, detail, and perfection.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in wedding planning, event management, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong background in client servicing and sales.
• Excellent coordination, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Creative eye with attention to aesthetics and trends.
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi a must).
• Willingness to travel and manage destination weddings.
