Store Coordinator (Bakery)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Bakery Store Coordinator to handle customer interactions, make outgoing sales calls, maintain records, and support the daily backend operations of the bakery. This role requires good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls related to orders and queries
• Make outgoing calls for sales, follow-ups, and promotions
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for order tracking and updates
• Maintain order logs, customer details, and inventory records
• Manage basic data entry using Excel or Google Sheets
• Support backend store tasks and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email, etc.)
• Prior experience in coordination or sales-related roles is a plus
• Organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off
