As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. This role involves close coordination with the social media team, overseeing content approvals, executing PR initiatives, scheduling posts, and collaborating with designers to create visually appealing content. Key Responsibilities: Content Coordination and Approval: Collaborate with the social media team to develop and refine social media content plans. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for all social media content before publishing. Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Public Relations (PR) for Marketing: Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s presence in the media. Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure coverage and promote brand initiatives. Manage press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Social Media Scheduling: Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms. Utilize scheduling tools to streamline post management and optimize engagement. Collaboration with Designers: Work closely with the design team to develop new and creative visual content for social media channels. Provide feedback on design concepts and ensure that all graphics and videos align with campaign objectives and branding. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and performance using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI. Utilize data to refine strategies and improve social media efforts. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and payroll support, while also managing general administration tasks like office maintenance, supplies management, and vendor coordination. This role requires a strong multi-tasker who can manage people and processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Functions: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts. Handle onboarding and exit formalities. Maintain employee records and HRMS data. Assist in payroll processing and attendance management. Support in performance appraisal and training programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Administrative Duties: Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management. Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as required. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and other service providers. Organize and schedule meetings, events, and office activities. Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff.
