Job description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Event Sales Manager with a background in hotel sales/banquets to join our growing team. The role focuses on generating event sales, managing venue partnerships, and converting client inquiries into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote event services to corporates, wedding clients, and venues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across hotels and hospitality networks.
• Handle negotiations and close bookings efficiently.
• Support the Event Sales Head in achieving business growth.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain client database.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in hotel sales (banquets, MICE, or events).
• Strong client network within hospitality and event industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
