Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic Event Sales Head to lead our sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role demands a proven sales leader with the ability to scale business opportunities in the premium/luxury event space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales strategy for luxury weddings and corporate events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, venues, and agencies.
• Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and close high-value deals.
• Represent the company at industry fairs, networking meets, and corporate forums.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in event sales / business development.
• Strong industry network in weddings, corporates, and hospitality.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership ability with team management experience.
