Wedding Planner

We are looking for a skilled Wedding Planner to join our team at Seventy Event Media Group, with 3-7 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and executing weddings.

• Coordinate and plan weddings from conception to execution, ensuring seamless logistics and timelines.
• Develop and manage wedding budgets, vendors, and contracts to ensure compliance with expectations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess venue suitability and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including catering, dcor, and entertainment, to ensure cohesive event planning.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and support on wedding planning and coordination.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet deadlines.

• Proven experience in wedding planning and coordination, with a minimum of 3 years in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of wedding trends, venues, and vendors, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wedding software and technology, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, building relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to achieve successful events.
