Role Overview

We are seeking a Wedding Planner with over 4 years of proven experience in wedding and corporate event planning. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, creative, client-focused, and fluent in both English & Hindi. Prior exposure to corporate events will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and related functions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, themes, and budgets.
• Develop innovative concepts, décor ideas, and guest experience plans.
• Vendor management – negotiate, onboard, and coordinate with caterers, decorators, venues, entertainers, etc.
• Oversee event budgets, timelines, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate logistics including hospitality, travel, and guest management.
• Handle on-ground event execution ensuring seamless operations.
• Manage both wedding projects and corporate events when required.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and vendors to strengthen Cevex’s brand reputation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in wedding planning and event management (corporate events experience preferred).
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – fluent in English & Hindi.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for weddings.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
