What Youll Do Concept & Creative Support Work with the senior planner and creative team to develop concepts, themes, and mood boards. Assist in building design decks, layouts, and presentation materials. Coordinate with dcor partners, vendors, and production teams to translate design into reality. Client Coordination Support in managing client communication, briefing sessions, and approvals. Handle pre-event documentation, timelines, and logistics. Ensure every client feels heard, supported, and delighted through the process. Destination & On-Ground Planning Be part of the core execution team for destination weddings — travel, setup, and show flow coordination. Work with venues, hospitality teams, and local vendors to ensure smooth delivery. Stay calm, solution-driven, and upbeat (even when everyone’s calling your name at once). Operational Excellence Maintain checklists, trackers, and budgets under the guidance of the senior planner. Ensure every small detail — from invites to entertainment — aligns with the event vision. Capture learnings post-event and support continuous process improvement. Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in wedding planning, luxury events, or hospitality management . Strong aesthetic sense and you know what looks good and what works logistically. A natural multitasker who thrives under timelines and loves the adrenaline of events. Excellent communicator, articulate, empathetic, and confident with clients and partners. Ready to learn, lead, and grow within a creative, collaborative environment.
