Event Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating unforgettable events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are delivered flawlessly.
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for logistics, production, and services.
• Supervise event setup, on-site operations, and teardown.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Handle last-minute changes and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Prepare event reports and gather post-event feedback.
• Maintain strong professional communication (verbal & written) in English.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hospitality-based event execution.
• Knowledge of event management tools/software.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
