Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Manager who can lead, coordinate, and execute end-to-end event planning and management. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil, possess exceptional leadership skills, and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, propose concepts, and deliver tailored event solutions.
• Manage and lead a team of coordinators, vendors, and support staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Oversee setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up including feedback collection and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Maintain and grow strong vendor and client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in managing large-scale events (corporate, social, experiential, or hospitality-focused).
• Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in event management tools and software.
• Must be willing to travel as per project requirements.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
