About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager who can lead, plan, and execute events end-to-end with excellence. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of guiding a team while ensuring smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all event operations from planning to execution
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Guide and support the event team to deliver quality results
• Conduct daily / weekly reporting on event progress and performance
• Plan strategies with the team to generate new business and client relationships
• Ensure timely execution, quality control, and event success
• Travel as required for events, client meetings, and venue inspections

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in the Events / Exhibitions / Branding industry
• Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi & Tamil
• Excellent leadership, people management, and team coordination abilities
• Strong problem-solving and on-ground execution skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Immediate joiner preferred
