Event Manager

As an Event Coordinator, your primary responsibility involves meticulously planning and orchestrating events to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for all attendees. You will be involved in understanding the specific requirements and objectives of each event and then meticulously planning every aspect, considering financial constraints and time limitations. Key Responsibilities: - Venue Selection: Choosing suitable venues that align with the event's theme and capacity requirements. - Speaker Scheduling: Coordinating schedules for guest speakers or performers. - Vendor Research: Identifying and evaluating vendors such as caterers, decorators, and musicians to ensure a seamless event experience. - Budget Management: Staying within the allocated budget while delivering exceptional results. - On-Site Coordination: Overseeing preparations, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. - Post-Event Evaluation: Evaluating the event's success and preparing reports for senior management. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in organizing successful events. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor management. - Ability to multitask, handle stress, and problem-solve effectively. - Preferably a degree in hospitality management, public relations, or a related field. In addition to the Event Coordinator role, there is a requirement for Stewards/Pantry Boys (Level 1) who should be able to understand basic English, serve, have a minimum of 1 year experience in a corporate/large office setting, and handle board rooms, meeting rooms, and client interactions. Please note that the job type is full-time with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the preferred education is a Bachelor's degree.
