Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager based in South Delhi. As an Event Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event management, scheduling, budgeting, and logistics planning. You will also be expected to create event concepts, lead onsite event management, and ensure post-event evaluation and reporting to measure success.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for event concept development
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in event planning software and basic office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in event management or planning roles is preferred
