Position: Event ManagerWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of TKC – Karnavati Carnival 2025, one of Gujarat’s biggest trade shows and carnivals.?? Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Strategy• Develop and manage the complete event plan, timelines, and execution flow• Coordinate stall layout, exhibitor placement, and ground planning• Create and manage event checklists, SOPs, and duty chartsVendor, Exhibitor & Stakeholder Coordination• Coordinate with exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, artists, and agencies• Manage logistics, manpower, stage activities, competitions, and technical setups• Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partnersOn-Ground Event Execution• Lead the setup, operations, and overall event management• Supervise event staff, volunteers, and supporting teams• Ensure timely execution of all activity zones—food, kids’ zone, shopping arena, stage zone, etc.• Handle problem-solving and emergency planningTeam Leadership & Reporting• Assign and monitor tasks for event staff• Take daily updates and prepare actionable reports• Ensure event quality, discipline, and safety guidelines?? Requirements• Experience in event/exhibition management (mandatory)• Strong communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English• Leadership, multitasking, and crisis-management skills• Ability to handle large crowd events and multi-department coordination• Comfortable working long/on-ground hours during event days• Creative thinking with strong planning abilities??
