Social Media Executive Job Summary The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with the target audience effectively. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute social media plans aligned with company marketing objectives. Identify target audiences and trends to design engaging campaigns. Content Creation & Management Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content writers for creatives and videos. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels. Community Engagement Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities. Handle customer queries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner. Performance Analysis Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools. Suggest improvements and new ideas based on insights and performance data. Advertising & Campaign Management Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaboration Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment. Work with external agencies or influencers when required. Compliance Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and company policies. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or similar. Excellent communication and creative writing skills. Basic understanding of SEO and analytics. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Retail Sales Girl – Toys Showroom Department: Sales / Showroom Reporting To: Showroom Manager Job Summary: The Retail Sales Girl will be responsible for attending customers in the toy showroom, promoting and selling products, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers. She will help meet sales targets and uphold the company’s customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet and assist customers politely. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable toys or products. Provide product information (features, age group, safety, pricing, etc.). Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Sales Duties Promote and sell toys to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Suggest add-on or related products to increase sales value. Prepare bills/invoices and handle payments (cash, card, UPI, etc.). Showroom Maintenance Keep shelves, counters, and display areas neat and attractive. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced. Assist in stock counting, display arrangement, and restocking. Inventory & Reporting Maintain sales and customer records as per company procedures. Report low stock items or fast-moving products to the supervisor.
