Retail Sales Assistant

In the role of Sales & Customer Service, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining attractive product displays, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling toys and related products in the showroom. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable toys. - Provide detailed product information, including age suitability, features, and safety aspects. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally. - Promote special offers and new arrivals to increase sales. - Achieve individual and showroom sales targets set by management. - Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue. - Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of display shelves. - Ensure all toys are properly tagged, priced, and stocked. - Assist in regular stock counting and inventory management. - Operate the billing system (POS machine) accurately. - Handle cash and card transactions responsibly. - Maintain billing area cleanliness and ensure a smooth checkout experience. - Stay updated about new products, brands, and promotions. - Understand toy safety standards and explain them to customers. - Coordinate with team members for daily sales activities. - Follow company dress code, grooming, and behavior policies. - Attend staff meetings and participate in training sessions. Qualification & Skills: - Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred). - Experience: 02 years in retail sales (toy, gift, or kids product showroom preferred). - Good communication and polite customer interaction. - Basic computer and billing knowledge. - Cheerful, energetic, and child-friendly attitude.
