This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders, including delivery partners, customers, and internal teams, to optimize delivery processes, resolve operational challenges, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Delivery Partner Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for delivery partners, addressing their queries and resolving operational issues promptly and efficiently. Assist with the onboarding process for new delivery partners, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources. Monitor delivery partner performance and adherence to company guidelines. Communicate important updates, policy changes, and operational procedures to the delivery partner fleet. Manage delivery partner incentives, payouts, and grievance resolution. Order Management & Dispatch: Monitor the flow of orders and ensure timely and accurate dispatch to delivery partners. Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and assign orders effectively. Track the status of deliveries and proactively address any potential delays or issues. Coordinate with restaurants/merchants and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: Identify and analyze operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions for improvement. Troubleshoot delivery-related issues, including order discrepancies, delivery delays, and customer complaints. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution. Maintain accurate records of delivery operations, incidents, and resolutions. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and effective communication with delivery partners, customers, and internal teams (e.g., customer support, tech support). Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status and any potential disruptions. Foster positive relationships with delivery partners and other stakeholders. Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on key delivery metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, delivery partner performance, and issue resolution times. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for operational improvement. Assist in the preparation of operational performance reports for management. Compliance & Safety: Ensure delivery operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws. Communicate safety guidelines and best practices to delivery partners. Report any safety incidents or concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the delivery or e-commerce industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel in particular). Familiarity with dispatch software or logistics management systems is an advantage.
