Social Media Executive

Job Summary

The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with the target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute social media plans aligned with company marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and trends to design engaging campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content writers for creatives and videos.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Analysis
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Suggest improvements and new ideas based on insights and performance data.
  • Advertising & Campaign Management
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment.
  • Work with external agencies or influencers when required.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and company policies.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and analytics.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
