Intermediate Software Developer (C# / Java) We are seeking an Intermediate Software Developer to build a dynamic, modular component as a compiled .dll for our trading platform. The role focuses on turning well-documented logical requirements into efficient, robust code. Prior trading domain expertise is not required; instead, we value strong coding skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to translate business logic into maintainable software. Key Responsibilities Module Development: Develop and deliver a self-contained .dll module that integrates with our trading system. You will interpret provided requirements and implement the corresponding logic in a clear and efficient manner. Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, well-structured code with comprehensive unit tests. Ensure the code is maintainable, properly documented, and meets established coding standards. Collaboration: Work closely with team membersincluding project managers and domain expertsto refine requirements and ensure the module meets business needs. Participate in code reviews and agile development practices. Maintenance & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code. Continuously seek improvements in performance, scalability, and quality. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proficient in C# and the .NET framework; solid understanding of building and compiling code into .dll modules. Good working knowledge of Java to understand or reference alternative implementation approaches. Analytical & Logical Thinking: Strong ability to translate documented logical requirements into code. Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing. Development Practices: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Proven ability to write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code. Exposure to agile development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in developing modules for larger systems or platforms. Interest in financial or trading systems is a plus, although not mandatory. Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute daily posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with relevant captions, hashtags, and aligned visuals. Ensure all social media profiles are branded, current, and visually consistent across platforms. Coordinate with the content and design teams to build a monthly content calendar tailored for target audiences: doctors, healthcare professionals, and students. Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, and reels concepts that are informative, engaging, and audience-specific. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics ( likes, comments, shares, DMs ) and respond promptly. Work proactively to increase followers, engagement rates , and brand visibility using trends, insights, and consistent posting. Collect and manage multimedia assets ( photos, videos, OT clips, behind-the-scenes ) for quick and timely social updates. Track social media performance and suggest actionable improvements based on data and trends . Ensure all content is brand-compliant, medically accurate , and adheres to ethical communication standards . Desired Candidate Profile 23 years of experience in Social Media Optimization or social media handling, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or educational institutions. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) . Proven ability to create and execute compelling content (text, image, and short videos). Proficient in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Later , etc. Comfortable managing real-time content creation using phones during live events or field visits. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive and creative mindset. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams including doctors, trainers, designers, and content creators. Preferred Skills: Basic graphic design or video editing skills (reels, short videos, templates). Understanding of healthcare communication tone and sensitivity in medical content.
