Sales & Customer Service

Job Purpose:

To provide excellent customer service, maintain attractive product displays, and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling toys and related products in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable toys.
• Provide detailed product information, including age suitability, features, and safety aspects.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Sales & Targets
• Promote special offers and new arrivals to increase sales.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets set by management.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue.
• Showroom Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of display shelves.
• Ensure all toys are properly tagged, priced, and stocked.
• Assist in regular stock counting and inventory management.
• Billing & Cash Handling
• Operate the billing system (POS machine) accurately.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Maintain billing area cleanliness and ensure smooth checkout experience.
• Product Knowledge
• Stay updated about new products, brands, and promotions.
• Understand toy safety standards and explain them to customers.
• Teamwork & Discipline
• Coordinate with team members for daily sales activities.
• Follow company dress code, grooming, and behavior policies.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in training sessions.

Qualification & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales (toy, gift, or kids’ product showroom preferred).
• Skills Required:
• Good communication and polite customer interaction.
• Basic computer and billing knowledge.
• Cheerful, energetic, and child-friendly attitude.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time (Store timing-based; weekend and holiday work required).

Salary Range:

• Based on experience and performance (Fixed + Incentive).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
