Ltd. a leading menswear clothing brand is seeking a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management for its combined offering of handcrafted tailored garments. What started with jeans has now evolved into a unique made-to-measure outfit, covering Jeans, Shirts, Trousers and Suits. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Roles and Responsibilities Understand and document customer preferences to provide recommendations on styling and customizations to help customers express their personal style. Ownership of store KPIs such as sales targets, alteration and remakes, social media feedback reviews from customers. Create and update the system with orders, customer details and communicating with the production team on order fulfilment. Work with Masters, Tailor Masters to take customer measurements. Team resource management and planning. Report on buying trends, customer needs and suggest best practices. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Daily Cash & Bank transactions including the responsibility of ensuring accuracy of petty cash. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc). Set world class standards of grooming, behaviour and high performance. Requirement & Skills Minimum qualification of a Bachelors degree in accounting or related (essential). Proven successful experience with 5 - 8 years experience in customer service in the hospitality sector. Any experience in retail apparel is a bonus. Powerful leading skills and business orientation. Customer management skills. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge and passion for men's fashion and style trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
