Event Manager – Job Description

Position Summary:
The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events, promotional activities, exhibitions, and special functions. The role ensures smooth event operations from start to finish while maintaining budget, quality, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute company events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and corporate meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venue partners, decorators, catering teams, and technical staff.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning.
• Prepare event proposals, schedules, and timelines.
• Handle event logistics including setup, permits, guest management, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure smooth event operations and handle issues or emergencies during events.
• Oversee marketing activities related to events (posters, promotions, invitations).
• Maintain event records, reports, and feedback for improvements.
• Work closely with management, sales, and marketing teams for event planning.
• Ensure high-quality event execution and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
