Event Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and client-focused Event Manager who can manage business development, client servicing, and end-to-end event execution. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship handling, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and vendors.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (BDE)

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for corporate and social events.
• Pitch event solutions, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.

Client Servicing

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from briefing to event execution.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Coordinate approvals, share creatives, timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle feedback, queries, and last-minute changes smoothly.

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute events such as corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with production, design, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ensure timely setup, smooth event flow, and on-ground supervision.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and event checklists.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the internal design and production team for event deliverables.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, and post-event reports.
• Maintain CRM, track leads, and follow up with prospects.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of event production, vendor management, and on-ground operations.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Presentation and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of event budgeting and documentation.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
