Event Manager

Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, technical support, and staffing.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives and requirements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors such as decorators, AV teams, caterers, and production partners.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and participants.
• Ensure all vendor deliverables meet company standards and deadlines.

On-site Event Execution

• Oversee on-ground operations during events.
• Ensure event setup, registration, and flow are smooth and efficient.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure seamless delivery.

Post-Event Activities

• Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries.
• Support in data analysis, ROI measurement, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
• A problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
