Role: Assistant Director (AD) As an Assistant Director at Masters’ Union Creative Studio, you're the engine that keeps the set running. From managing multi-cam shoots to logging footage, syncing with directors, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks you’re the calm in the chaos, the doer with a storyteller’s brain. Your Typical JD Checklist Location: Gurgaon Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday CTC: Based on experience and skills Experience: 2-3 years in production/shoot direction Reporting To: Creative Director, Masters’ Union Creative Studio What Will Your Day-to-Day Work Look Like? Act as the 2nd Unit Director or AD on single and multi-cam sets. Lead the shoot when the Director isn’t available. Create shoot schedules and log sheets and ensure they’re followed. Assist with forward setups, equipment prep, and production planning. Make sure all required shots are captured and the set runs on time. Log and organize data in collaboration with producers and editors. Communicate with DOPs, Directors, and Producers to ensure smooth execution. Keep the energy high, the chaos low, and the creative vision intact.
