Responsibilities: Assist with the management of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction Responsible for creating social media content calendars, social media reports and execute ORM on social media with the help of tools or natively Work with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning Assist with the development of presentations for campaigns, reports and content calendars Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
