Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in event coordination, with a strong portfolio covering both corporate events and weddings. If you're fluent in English, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, weddings, and private gatherings
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, decorators, caterers, and internal teams
• Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and logistics
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
• Troubleshoot any last-minute challenges and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations
• Collect post-event feedback and prepare internal reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in event coordination (corporate and weddings)
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be an immediate joiner or available to join within short notice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience using event planning software/tools
