Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to facilitate the placement process. Ensure that placement targets are achieved for each of the assigned centers. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Lead - Placements, Trainers, Counselors, Franchise Managers, and Central Placement Team. Report daily and weekly placement metrics and student progress. Participate in monthly reviews and center-level business meetings. Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 2-5 years in campus placements, recruitment, staffing, or EdTech preferred Languages: Fluent in English and local language; Hindi is a plus Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strong influencing and counseling skills Highly organized with attention to data accuracy Passionate about student success and youth development Growth Opportunities: At EduBridge, top performers are given fast-track growth and mentorship.
