Key Responsibilities:

• Support placement of students trained under CSR and paid programs (college & community)
• Plan and organize job fairs and campus/off-campus drives in Tamil Nadu
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, especially in Media, Entertainment, and other industries
• Ensure smooth placement processes and maintain placement calendar
• Guide students in resume building and interview readiness
• Keep track of placement and alumni data
• Coordinate with academic teams for industry visits, guest lectures, etc.
• Create new job and internship opportunities across different sectors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in placement roles (mandatory)
• Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Social Science)
• Strong employer connects and networking skills
• Good communication in English and Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge and report writing skills
