Position: Placement Coordinator
Program: Recruitment-Training-Deployment (RTD) – BSDM
Location: Noida Sec 58
Working Days: 6 Working Day (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Placement Coordinator to manage and execute placement activities under the BSDM–RTD program. The role involves connecting with employers, organizing placement drives, and ensuring successful candidate employment as per project targets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with companies for trainee placements.
• Organize job fairs and campus/center placement drives.
• Support candidates with interview preparation and resume building.
• Maintain placement data and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with training centers and BSDM officials for placement updates.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in placements or corporate relations (skill development background preferred).
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report management.
