Job Title: Recruiter Consultant Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Pune Contract Duration: 1 Year Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in both IT and non-IT hiring. This is a 1-year contractual position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of successfully closing diverse roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and business units. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles across different levels. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to match qualifications and job requirements. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and culture fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates. Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS or recruitment tracker. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications and hiring needs. Prepare job descriptions and post jobs across multiple platforms. Requirements: 23 years of proven experience in recruitment, with exposure to both IT and non-IT domains. Strong sourcing and screening abilities across multiple job functions. Familiarity with various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with ATS tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
