Role Summary: IGT Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing both active and passive candidates, and ensuring alignment with the company's hiring goals. This role requires strong experience in bulk hiring and BPO recruitment . What You Would Be Doing: Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Create recruitment objectives and ensure their successful execution. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Source passive candidates through various channels. Utilize resume databases and multi-channel approaches to find the best-fit candidates. Build and maintain talent networks to engage with both active and passive candidates. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure effective candidate alignment. Write and proofread detailed job descriptions to attract the right talent. Evaluating and Improving Recruitment Plans: Assess the success of current recruitment strategies and recommend improvements. Track and evaluate key recruiting KPIs to determine the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Propose new candidate sourcing channels to enhance recruitment efforts. Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding: Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing strategy to promote the company as an employer of choice. Manage Employer Branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants. Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Review applicants to ensure they meet position requirements. Conduct interviews in compliance with company policies and regulations. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to laws, rules, and regulations, including data privacy policies. Prepare weekly reports on recruitment activities and progress. Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within the BPO industry .
