Job Description

  • Coordinate with store managers and area HRs to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions
  • Create and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Participate in campus hiring, walk-in drives, and job fairs for bulk hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates for urgent and future requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and regularly update hiring trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, induction, and training schedules.
  • Assist with HR data management and regular reporting on hiring metrics (TAT, source efficiency, etc.).
