Key Responsibilities
Must have experience in the Construction industry (mandatory).
Experience in the RMC industry (Preferred).
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Support HR operations at infrastructure/project sites.
Recruit and manage contractual workforce through vendors.

Key Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)
Relevant HR experience in Construction or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of Recruitment and other statutory regulations.
Proficient in Software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
Ability to handle field/site-related HR issues independently.
